O que irá fazer?

  • Apoiar na realização de Due Diligence de Terceiros objetivando o conhecimento do risco de compliance por meio do levantamento de pesquisas de mídias desabonadoras, de processos judiciais relevantes e de coleta de infomações junto às áreas de negócios;
  • Apoiar nas respostas de diligências passivas em nome da Inter&Co e de suas subsidiárias que se apliquem o Programa de Compliance através de questionários enviados por parceiros objetivando transparência e fortalecimento da marca no mercado.
  • Apoiar na disseminação dos temas ligados ao Código de Conduta e Ética e procedimentos internos de Compliance por meio da divulgação de materiais, de treinamentos de capacitação e reciclagem e de ações que envolvam todos os colaboradores;
  • Auxiliar na elaboração e na atualização das políticas, normas e procedimentos internos, por meio da gestão do sistema de normativos, mapeamento de processos e reuniões de alinhamento de conteúdo, por solicitação de gestores responsáveis, auditoria e/ou Diretoria e pelo acompanhamento da vigência dos normativos;
  • Apoiar no monitoramento do Programa de Compliance para identificar e mitigar riscos de conformidade e conduta.
