We're seeking a WCM Coordinator to spearhead our journey toward operational excellence. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement across all production and support functions, ensuring sustainable performance and a culture of innovation.
Your Mission:
WCM Deployment
- Design and implement the WCM roadmap tailored to our plant's needs.
- Coordinate deployment of key WCM pillars: Safety, Quality, Cost Deployment, Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement.
- Align local initiatives with global WCM standards and corporate objectives.
Training & Coaching
- Deliver impactful training sessions on WCM tools and methodologies.
- Empower pillar leaders and cross-functional teams to apply WCM techniques effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and active employee engagement.
Performance & Progress Monitoring
- Track WCM progress and maturity across pillars.
- Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Present insights and updates to plant leadership and corporate WCM teams.
Project & Change Management
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects from ideation to execution.
- Facilitate kaizen events and workshops that drive measurable results.
- Ensure sustainability and follow-through of improvement actions.
Audits & Assessments
- Prepare the plant for internal and external WCM audits.
- Coordinate self-assessments and pillar evaluations.
- Drive corrective actions and ensure compliance with audit findings.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
