This role will drive the management and optimization of the merchant payment journey, ensuring seamless and efficient payment experiences. You will focus on improving payment interfaces (statements, portal, etc.) and identifying financial optimization opportunities, addressing gaps in current billing rules to minimize revenue leakage and enhance transparency. This will include:Manage and oversee product development activities and initiatives.

Develop and implement product development plans and strategies. Monitor and report on product development performance metrics. Collaborate with product managers and development teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Conduct research on product development best practices and trends. Provide leadership and direction to the product development team. You're a match

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field. Previous experience working in the end-to-end product development (from discovery to the follow up phase) and launching payment and/or benefits solutions is mandatory, including experience with acquiring products.8-10 years of experience in product development.2-3 years of experience supervising a product development squad (IT product development). Advanced level of English (conversational skills)Expertise working with the Agile framework and tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence is highly valued.
