What you'll be doing:
Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and cash collection processes.
Identify and resolve issues related to cash collection and customer payments.
Prepare regular reports on collection activities and performance.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to improve collection processes.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies.
Certifications Requirements:
Certification in Credit and Collections (CCC) preferred.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in cash collection or accounts receivable.
