All Seasons Vacation Rental also provides consulting services for those interested in starting their own short-term rental business.

Role Description

This is a part-time IMMEDIATE HIRING hybrid Bilingual Agent role based in Vitória, ES with the flexibility to work from home. The Bilingual Agent will be responsible for assisting prospects and confirmed guests, handling reservations, managing guest inquiries, working with maintenance and cleaning crew to ensure units are 100% guest-ready, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Portuguese (Spanish being a plus). CLT position with benefits and competitive salary.

Qualifications

• This position is for someone who lives in Greater Vitoria (Vitoria, Vila Velha, Cariacica, or Guarapari)

• Bilingual in English and Portuguese (written and verbal. C1 English level minimum)

• Customer service and communication skills

• Experience in the hospitality or property management industry (we provide training).

• Ability to multitask and work autonomously without relying on others to complete daily tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of vacation rental platforms like Airbnb and (VRBO and Expedia being a plus).

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

• Experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
