Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development of strategy in human resource management, compensation, career and talent management, organizational development and recruitment.
  • Provide and support high-quality Human Resources (HR) services to employees, management and leadership teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Act as a business resource, working to resolve employee issues at all levels to best meet business objectives and employee needs.
  • Responsible for defining and implementing job titles and salaries.
  • Responsible for implementing promotion and bonus policies.
  • Responsible for implementing recruitment and selection policies.
  • Assist in participating in negotiations with the union.
  • Propose and implement business-oriented HR procedures, policies and practices.
  • Propose and implement strategies, improvements and cost reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • Degree: Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Economics and Technologist in Human Resources Management
  • Strong communication skills, clear, precise and reliable
