Technical Support to Sales provides specialized technical support to internal and external customers including veterinarians, pet owners, farmers, consultants, etc.:
• Avalia as necessidades dos produtos de acordo com as especificações técnicas do cliente.
• Trata das consultas dos clientes e da educação dos produtos. Coleta informações e trata de questões técnicas e reclamações, relatando-as à empresa.
• Pode ajudar nas vendas e marketing, fornecendo conhecimento técnico e suporte, assegurando que todos os materiais promocionais e de marketing sejam tecnicamente precisos.
Um coordenador/ especialista e gerente, supervisiona colaboradores com formação acadêmica e atuação profissional (recentes na função ou experientes) e também pode supervisionar alguns colaboradores em nível especialista.
As responsabilidades normalmente incluem:
• Definir metas e objetivos para os membros da equipe para obter resultados operacionais.
• Os problemas enfrentados podem ser difíceis, mas normalmente não são complexos.
• Garante que as políticas, práticas e procedimentos sejam entendidos e seguidos pelo seu time direto, clientes e partes interessadas.
