Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Analista de People Analytics, que será responsável por transformar dados em insights estratégicos, apoiando a tomada de decisão com base em evidências. Buscamos alguém com forte raciocínio analítico, visão de negócio e interesse em gerar impacto real através da análise de dados e projetos de pesquisa.

Se você é analítico (a), organizado (a), s possui senso de urgência, autonomia, proatividade, e está sempre atento aos detalhes.

ATIVIDADES:

  • Coletar, manipular, analisar e interpretar grandes volumes de dados.
  • Formular hipóteses, validá-las por meio de análises quantitativas e qualitativas.
  • Identificar padrões, tendências e oportunidades de otimização para suportar a transformação cultural.
  • Desenvolver modelos analíticos e preditivos com base em análises estatísticas.
  • Construir dashboards integrados, relatórios e materiais executivos que traduzam dados em insights claros e acionáveis.
  • Planejar, implementar e analisar resultados de pesquisas estratégicas (clima, cultura, engajamento, entre outras).
  • Elaborar e aplicar instrumentos de coleta de dados como questionários, entrevistas e grupos focais.
  • Garantir a integridade e confidencialidade dos dados, seguindo diretrizes internas.
  • Apoiar a gestão de indicadores estratégicos de RH e cultura organizacional.
  • Colaborar com diferentes áreas para mapear necessidades e oferecer soluções baseadas em dados.

Requisitos:

CONHECIMENTO: Uma pessoa de Analytics orientada para RH. Sênior. Com foco em indicadores, Power BI, agenda de resultados.

FORMAÇÃO: Ensino Superior completo em áreas como Administração, Psicologia, Estatística, Engenharia, Economia, Sistemas de Informação ou correlatas.

IDIOMA: Inglês diferencial
