Responsabilidades e atribuições

Atuação com testes funcionais e automatizados; Comunicação com time internacional utilizando idioma inglês e/ou espanhol; Promover a cultura de testes e qualidade além do capítulo de QA, contribuindo para a construção de produtos que atendam às expectativas dos clientes; Otimizar processos de trabalho, identificando e implementando oportunidades de automação; Planejar e automatizar cenários de testes, garantindo cobertura adequada de acordo com a estratégia, e integrá-los aos pipelines de execução; Coletar e registrar evidências de bugs, apoiar na priorização e acompanhar a resolução para garantir o re-teste necessário; Orientar membros menos experientes da equipe sobre boas práticas e padrões de qualidade de software; Propor e participar de discussões técnicas, buscando ferramentas novas e tomando decisões técnicas focadas em aprimoramento e qualidade da plataforma.

Requisitos e qualificações

Inglês avançado para comunicação Experiência em teste de App/web/API (manual e automação); Importante experiência de +3 anos de Automação utilizando playwright; Experiência como Analista de Qualidade ou Testes, e/ou liderança de equipes de testes; Experiência com metodologias ágeis e frameworks ágeis; Experiência com testes funcionais manuais; Experiência com ferramentas de CI/CD; Conhecimento técnico em Structural Design Patterns aplicáveis à automação de testes. Experiência com ferramentas de controle de versão (GIT Flow) e gestão de testes e defeitos.
