We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Software Architect to join our team
Main Responsibilities
* Create and integrate end-to-end AI agents into our SDLC to accelerate our teams' performance, transforming our work model and training people in this model. * Design and defend cloud architecture solutions. * Technically lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the execution of Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps best practices. * Participate in the discovery and co-creation of solutions, diving into the technical aspects of existing applications and possible solutions. * Structure technical backlogs and refine stories. * Refine architecture designs, develop proofs of concept, and implement frameworks, components, and modules. * Create and manage the project's technical roadmap, including architectural activities, dependencies between systems, risks, and technical debts. * Ensure that functional and non-functional requirements are met. * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Hard Skills:
* Passion for AI technologies and their application in software development, both to accelerate team performance and to generate solutions for our customers * Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns. * Proficiency in both backend and frontend languages, with a special emphasis on Java and Angular, but open to venturing into others, such as React, Python, PHP, and .NET. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, especially AWS. * Proficiency in RESTful API design and development. * Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
Soft skills: * Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages. * Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset. Our benefits:
