  • Montar o planejamento pedagógico e defini-lo conforme as orientações da Coordenação e da Direção.
  • Analisar os componentes curriculares diversificados propostos pela Start.
  • Adaptar e enriquecer esse material conforme a realidade local da unidade.
  • Ampliar os conteúdos sempre que necessário, garantindo que atendam às demandas específicas e às expectativas pedagógicas da escola.
  • Participar das reuniões promovidas pela Coordenação e Direção, contribuindo para a troca entre pares a respeito dos aspectos educacionais e pedagógicos dos alunos.
  • Montar o plano de aula para validação da Coordenação e organizar materiais e recursos essenciais à realização das atividades desenvolvidas pelos alunos.
  • Preparar as avaliações, corrigir e avaliar o desempenho individual dos alunos.
  • Realizar o acolhimento dos alunos desde o primeiro dia de aula até o final do período letivo.
  • Promover aulas, atividades e projetos conforme planejamento.
  • Observar, identificar e trabalhar com a Coordenação e a Direção os aspectos educacionais grupais e individuais presentes no cotidiano escolar.
  • Acompanhar todo o processo de aprendizagem e avaliação de modo a detectar dificuldades e potencialidades de cada aluno.
  • Elaborar pareceres sobre o aproveitamento dos alunos ao final de períodos letivos.
  • Desenvolver critérios e ferramentas para avaliação dos alunos.
  • Atualizar no sistema todas as informações em relação às aulas e à rotina da escola.
  • Preparar e participar de reunião de pais.
  • Organizar os espaços e materiais de aprendizagem.
  • Estar à disposição para o atendimento aos pais e responsáveis quando necessário.
  • Acompanhar os alunos em estudos do meio, auxiliando na condução das atividades planejadas.

Requisitos

  • Inglês Fluente (Nível B2, C1 ou C2);
  • Experiência em escola bilíngue;
  • Ter boa capacidade didática;
  • Ter boa habilidade em comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Saber trabalhar em equipe;
  • Envolver-se com os projetos da escola e participar dos eventos letivos;
  • Buscar e se dedicar a sua formação contínua.
