Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson at DBS Estética Automotiva, located in São Paulo, Brazil. The Retail Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing automotive aesthetic products. Key day-to-day tasks include providing product knowledge, handling retail sales, offering excellent customer service, and maintaining store appearance. The Retail Salesperson will also handle inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of automotive aesthetics
- Experience in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse customer base
- Proficient in Customer Service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or automotive aesthetics is a plus
