About the Role:
This professional will participate actively in the Connect Planning Support Team and also support Finance users on monthly closing/ forecasting processes. He/she will be part of Connected Planning team, a division of FP&A structure, supporting FP&A users and Alcoa Locations in Connected Planning applications, the financial system currently in use in the company to manage budget process, planning and forecast.

As the application business owner, it will be expected from this resource the following activities:

• Development of concise, consistent and quality documentation for the application's end user.
• Acting as the primary interface in identifying and solving problems. Conducting root cause analysis when necessary and action plans to avoid recurring mistakes, working close as a business partner and committed to attend business needs.
• Monitoring and configuring access to application users, ensuring data confidentiality.
• Supporting an environment of continuous improvements.
• Critical thinking, committed to improving the applications for the benefit of end users and the Finance Organization.
• Actively participate in system migrations and improvements, acting on tests when necessary
• Admin the EPM Connected Planning applications in our monthly closing / forecast processes and Budgeting and Planning annual cycles

What you can bring to this role:

• Finance Background/Reporting Experience
• Fluent in English
• Graduated in Business Administration/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
• Oracle EPM PBCS (Key-user or Consultant)
• Oracle SmartView;
• Scripting language/VBA/SQL
• Advanced analytical, diagnostic and technical skills
• Finance Accounting, and FP&A skills
• Based in São Paulo or Poços de Caldas.
