We're Hiring: Remote Bilingual Accounting Specialist

MasterPro Installs is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable 
Accounting Specialist
 to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals based in 
Brazil
 who have experience with 
U.S. accounting standards
 and are proficient in 
QuickBooks
.

As we continue to grow across North America, we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can deliver accurate financial data that supports informed business decisions.

 
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 
    daily accounting operations
    , including accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and maintain accurate 
    financial statements and reports
  • Reconcile 
    bank accounts and general ledger
     entries; investigate discrepancies
  • Assist with 
    budget preparation and forecasting
  • Conduct regular 
    internal audits
     to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and recommendations
  • Support the preparation of 
    monthly and annual reports
     for management and partners

 
Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional accounting experience
  • Proficiency in 
    QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
  • Practical knowledge of 
    U.S. GAAP
     and accounting processes
  • Strong skills in 
    Excel
     (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Clear and professional communication skills in 
    English
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
