Estamos em busca de um(a) IT Project Manager para atuar como parceiro(a) estratégico(a) de negócio, garantindo a consistência das iniciativas de TI nas áreas de Supply Chain e Finanças para a América do Norte.

A pessoa ideal vai liderar projetos locais, regionais e, em alguns casos, globais — coordenando times, entregas, prazos e orçamento, sempre em colaboração com as equipes de domínio para impulsionar o sucesso dos projetos.

Responsabilidades principais:

  • Garantir a execução de documentos e entregas padrão (escopo funcional, design técnico, integrações e analytics).
  • Gerenciar planejamento de capacidade, recursos e orçamento de projetos.
  • Acompanhar timesheets, faturamentos e relatórios de status periódicos.
  • Conduzir portfólios de projetos, aplicando padrões de PMO e boas práticas de governança.
  • Liderar a implantação de modelos core dentro da região, alinhado às diretrizes de TI e B2B.
  • Atuar em estreita colaboração com líderes e stakeholders de TI na América do Norte.

Requisitos técnicos:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em TI.
  • Background em Project Management, SAP, Finanças, Supply Chain ou Logística é um diferencial.
  • Certificação PM é desejável, mas não obrigatória.
  • Comunicação afiada, visão analítica e excelente gestão de tempo.
  • Capacidade de atuar sob prazos apertados e múltiplas prioridades.

Soft Skills:

  • Perfil colaborativo e flexível, com foco em resolução de problemas.
  • Habilidade para construir relacionamentos e liderar com presença profissional.
  • Espírito inovador e adaptabilidade diante de mudanças.
  • Desejável fluência em inglês e francês.

Idioma: Inglês fluente obrigatório
