What you'll doWe're looking for an Account Executive (Executivo de Vendas) to accelerate Clara's growth in the Arts & Entertainment sector across Brazil. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating and closing a high volume of new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts, helping creative and digital businesses adopt Clara's financial and expense management solutions.
This is a true hunter role—you'll identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients in a fast-paced, dynamic market. You'll own your pipeline end to end—from cold outreach to closing—representing Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed new client acquisition and deal volume targets.
You will:
- Own the outbound sales motion for the Arts & Entertainment vertical, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
- Generate a high volume of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, calls, and digital outreach
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of new contracts
- Engage key decision-makers in creative, media, and entertainment companies
- Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
- Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara's value proposition to potential clients
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves- Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environment
- Strong hunter profile with success in high-volume prospecting and deal generation
- Experience selling to or understanding the Arts & Entertainment, digital media, or creative industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Based in Brazil
- Working proficiency in Portuguese
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Network within the arts, media, or entertainment ecosystem
- Experience in financial services or expense management SaaS
- Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows
- A good sense of humor

Clara's Hybrid PolicyClaridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
