Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, industry dynamics, and client-specific challenges to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, assess business performance, and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Develop and communicate data-driven insights through compelling presentations, reports, and visualizations that guide client strategies.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by working alongside client teams to translate recommendations into actionable plans.
  • Engage directly with client stakeholders at various levels, from junior team members to senior executives, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related fields from a top-tier university.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
  • Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
  • Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Availability to work in person at our office in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, and at client locations.
