Digital Marketing Assistant – DSP Ads Operations

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Assistant – DSP Ads Operations, you will make an impact by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of advertising campaigns across Netflix's proprietary ad platforms. You will be a valued member of the Advertising Operations team and work collaboratively with global stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet Netflix's standards for quality, compliance, and performance.

In this role, you will:

  • Review and quality-check media plans; build orders on Netflix's proprietary ad server.
  • Handle creative asset submission and metadata entry.
  • Traffic campaigns include tag implementation, targeting setup, and frequency capping.
  • Conduct thorough QA checks pre-launch and during campaign flight.
  • Activate campaigns and monitor pacing, proactively flagging risks.

Work model: Hybrid

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Sao Paulo, SP Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Advanced English
  • Proficiency in ad servers and DSPs (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Amazon DSP).
  • Experience with trafficking tools and reporting platforms.
  • Familiarity with workflow and CRM tools such as Jira and Salesforce.
  • Understanding of CTV/OTT, video, and display ecosystems.

These will help you stand out

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work across global teams and support 24/7 operations.
  • Experience in campaign optimization and billing reconciliation.
