With this solid foundation, the group is now ready to elevate its journey by expanding its expertise into Brazil. By partnering with local experts, Kilamba aims to deepen its understanding of the Brazilian landscape and build a strong, knowledgeable presence in the country.

As the group expands into Brazil, Elephant Bet is establishing its first operations focused on retail sports betting in the state of Paraíba, with plans to later extend into online gaming nationwide. Our Brazilian headquarters are located in
João Pessoa

, where all local teams operate on-site to ensure close collaboration and a hands-on approach as we build and grow our presence in this exciting new market.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven
Marketing Manager

to lead all marketing activities for Elefante Bet in Brazil.

Working closely with the CMO, this role will be responsible for developing and executing the local marketing strategy, creating impactful campaigns, and establishing the foundations of our marketing department in the Brazilian market.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign production , preferably within the
sports betting, gaming, or entertainment industries

,  and combines creative vision with analytical discipline to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Adapt and execute the group's global marketing strategy for the Brazilian market.
  • Define and implement the local marketing plan, including media, content, partnerships, and brand activations.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Campaign Management & Production

  • Lead the planning, production, and delivery of local campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal and external creative teams, media agencies, and partners to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging brand content and sports-related activations that resonate with the Brazilian audience.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, manage, and develop a local marketing team (designers, content creators, social media managers, etc.).
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, operations, and commercial teams to ensure integrated execution.
  • Report directly to the CMO, providing regular updates, insights, and performance metrics.

Partnerships & Media

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional opportunities.
  • Oversee media planning and buying for both traditional and digital channels.
  • Maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and influencers to amplify brand visibility and awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience

in marketing, with proven success in leadership roles.
- Solid experience in
sports betting, gaming, fintech, or entertainment industries

.
- Expertise in marketing strategy, brand content, social media, media buying, and partnerships.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (French is a plus).
