Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team as a full-time contractor. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while requiring occasional in-person meetings in Barcelona for team collaboration and project reviews.

Compensation:

· Contractor position – Full-time (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

· Create and design compelling content for social media platforms and e-commerce channels to drive brand engagement and online sales

· Design marketing collateral, including decks, mailers, and signage

· Support branding initiatives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all materials

· Develop product surface designs (patterns, graphics, etc.) for wall décor and wallpaper products

· Design and prepare packaging for our products in alignment with brand and production standards

· Collaborate in the product and packaging production process, maintaining quality and accuracy

· Work closely with the Designer team to develop concepts and design solutions tailored to client needs

· Stay up to date on design trends, best practices, and digital content strategies for effective brand communication

Qualifications

· Relevant degree in Graphic Design or a related field

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

· Demonstrated expertise in creating content for social media and e-commerce platforms

· Strong understanding of branding, design principles, and product packaging

· Experience in packaging design is a plus

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

· Strong portfolio showcasing marketing materials, branding, product design, and digital content creation
