We're on the lookout for a Senior Creative Retoucher to join our team in São Paulo.

  • Must live in São Paulo

  • Fluent English required

About you

As an experienced retoucher, you are a highly creative and technical individual who loves details and excellence. Your portfolio is brimming with impressive work for big international brands in the FMCG, Drinks, Health, Beauty and/or Personal Care sectors. Your excellent communication skills, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and expertise in print set you apart. Your knowledge in color proofing and project planning, coupled with your familiarity with working procedures, makes you proactive in ensuring the highest standard of output.

About the position

Responsible for the quality of output from the Retouching Department for all work streams you're involved with, both from yourself and others within the Retouching Team.

  • Overseeing and ensuring the smooth running of work streams through the Retouching Department.
  • Responsible for colour-proofing within Design Bridge London.
  • Advising on best practices throughout the retouching Team.
  • Advising on the briefing of photographers and Illustrators.
  • Advising on the best suitability of Retouchers on work streams.
  • Ensure that the level of retouching coming out of the retouching team is of the highest standard.
  • To advise on cost estimates for the Retouching phase of a project.
  • To produce retouching within the agreed budget and deadline.
  • To follow the technical specifications for retouching as supplied by the Production Director/Manager and Production Project Managers.
  • To keep the Production Director/Manager and Production Project Managers informed as to any circumstances that may have an impact on budget or deadline.
  • To proactively liaise with Designers throughout the running of work streams.
  • To pro-actively log with the Production Team any circumstances that affect agreed deadline or budget.
  • To ensure the Retouching department follow all relevant processes.
  • Reporting and communication structure
  • Reporting to the Production Director

Your Skills

  • Training course in Graphic Design, Graphic Production, Digital Design or Marketing
  • Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Luxury and/or Health
