CloQ é um projeto inspirado no microcrédito de Yunus. Estamos desenvolvendo um sistema de análise de crédito proprietário e inclusivo, o CloQ score, com base em dados comportamentais e públicos.

A análise CloQ é uma pontuação de crédito inclusiva. A ONU endossou o CloQ como um projeto que realmente alivia a pobreza, que é o Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável número um da ONU.

O que buscamos?

Buscamos um(a) Sênior focado(a) em garantir qualidade, revisões criteriosas e testes automatizados robustos que sustentem escalabilidade e estabilidade.

Responsabilidades


• Code review avançado com foco em boas práticas e performance.


• Revisões de UX alinhadas ao produto.


• Desenvolvimento de testes automatizados (unit., integração, E2E).


• Validação de issues como referência interna de QA.


• Criação e manutenção de pipelines e ferramentas internas.


• Colaboração com backend e frontend em soluções estáveis.


• Identificação de riscos e melhorias contínuas.

Requisitos


• Experiência sênior (backend, frontend ou full stack).


• Domínio de testes automatizados em múltiplos níveis.


• Conhecimento avançado em Jest, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, PyTest etc.


• Forte experiência em code review.


• Capacidade de traduzir requisitos em critérios de teste.


• Domínio total de Git.

  • Conhecimento em ReactJS, React Native, , Firebase e Google Cloud Run.


• Organização, atenção aos detalhes, perfil analítico e comunicação clara.
