Overview
We're looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team at High Tide.
In this role, you'll manage email and SMS campaigns across our international brand portfolio—including FABCBD, Grasscity, Daily High Club, and more—reaching customers throughout North America and Europe.
This is a unique opportunity to join High Tide, one of the largest cannabis companies in the world, as we reshape the future of retail, e-commerce, and digital brands. We're seeking someone who takes ownership, delivers measurable results, and is ready to grow with us long-term as part of our global team.

You must reside in Brazil.
Important: While this role is open to candidates across any location in Brazil, High Tide brands do not operate or market in Brazil. This role will support our global markets in North America and Europe.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands
- Build, manage, and evolve automated flows and segmentation using Klaviyo
- Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Review e-mail copy briefs to ensure clarity, alignment, and performance
- Own the campaign calendar and report on weekly KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversions)
- Use customer data to identify new opportunities across the lifecycle journey
- Work remotely during Toronto hours (9-5:30pm EST)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer email marketing
- Advanced Klaviyo skills required (flows, segmentation, testing, reporting)
- Demonstrated strong communication and collaboration skills in English, with a proven ability to work effectively in remote team settings
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Experience turning insights into action to improve performance and engagement
- Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, paid media experience, or background in lifestyle or wellness brands
