As data analyst, you'll be responsible for boosting fullfillment performance and scaling team effectiveness across Portugal (mature market) and Brazil (fast-growing market).

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance (posted vs. filled GMV, fill rates, cancellations, churn).
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards in Metabase/Sheets, ensuring teams have real-time visibility of KPIs.
  • Partner with Ops teams in Portugal and Brazil to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Run deep-dive analyses (e.g., client cohorts, nurse supply/demand balance, unit economics) to support decision-making.
  • Support the standardization and automation of processes across both markets.
  • Translate data into actionable insights — not just "what happened," but "what we do next."

Your Profile

  • 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Metabase or BI tools is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and turning complexity into clarity.
  • Proactive problem-solver: you don't just surface issues, you propose solutions.
  • Strong business sense - you know how to link data to revenue, growth, and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills: you can explain data in a simple, actionable way to non-technical teams.
  • Bonus: experience in marketplaces, startups, or healthcare.
