Estamos buscando Sales Executive Hunter para liderar a expansão de contas enterprise para uma empresa com propósito de tornar a terapia mais acessível no Brasil.

Essa vaga é 100% centrada em prospecção, fechamento de grandes contratos e crescimento acelerado. Procuramos uma pessoa com mentalidade e postura de dono e que ajude a construir processos e estratégias, além de ter metas e comissões ambiciosas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar e gerar novas oportunidades de negócio no segmento enterprise
  • Conduzir o ciclo de vendas completo: prospecção, qualificação, apresentação, negociação e fechamento
  • Mapear decisores e influenciadores em empresas de grande porte
  • Construir relacionamento sólido com clientes de alto nível (C-Level, diretores, líderes de RH e áreas relacionadas)
  • Trabalhar em parceria com o time de Marketing refinando estratégias de aquisição e posicionamento
  • Trabalhar com metas agressivas de vendas com foco em resultados mensais e trimestrais
  • Disponibilidade para visitas, almoços, eventos e encontros presenciais.

Requisitos Essenciais:

  • Forte experiência em vendas de SaaS B2B
  • Histórico de sucesso em vendas enterprise, conduzindo ciclos longos e complexos
  • Perfil hunter, com energia para abrir portas, resiliência para lidar com negativas e foco em gerar novos negócios
  • Excelente comunicação, negociação e fechamento
  • Inglês intermediário a avançado
  • Residência em São Paulo
  • Disponibilidade para modelo híbrido,
    presencial 2 x semana no escritório (Faria Lima-SP)

Diferenciais (será um plus):

Experiência em vendas para as áreas de Recursos Humanos (benefícios, bem-estar, engajamento, tecnologia para RH)

� Carteira pré-existente em empresas do segmento enterprise no Brasil
