Buscamos um Gerente de FP&A que seja estratégico, analítico e mão na massa Será o guardião da saúde financeira da empresa, parceiro do CEO e futuro CFO da companhia.

Missão do Cargo

Ser o parceiro estratégico do CEO, transformando dados financeiros em clareza para decisões, apoiando a expansão nacional da empresa com segurança de caixa, disciplina de execução e visão de futuro.

Responsabilidades

  • Estruturar e controlar o 
    fluxo de caixa
     (curto, médio e longo prazo);
  • Desenvolver 
    projeções financeiras
     (DRE, balanço, fluxo de caixa) alinhadas às metas estratégicas;
  • Analisar 
    margens de produtos, canais e projetos de investimento;
  • Preparar relatórios e dashboards com 
    KPIs financeiros
     (EBITDA, ROI, alavancagem, giro de estoque);
  • Apoiar o CEO em 
    captação de crédito, negociação com bancos e investidores;
  • Liderar o processo de 
    orçamento anual e revisões trimestrais;
  • Integrar dados de diferentes áreas (comercial, supply chain, lojas) para análises consolidadas;
  • Antecipar riscos e propor 
    planos de ação práticos
    .

Skills Técnicas (Hard Skills)

  • Modelagem financeira avançada
     (Excel, Google Sheets, projeções de DRE/fluxo/balanço);
  • ERP/BI
     – experiência com TOTVS/WinThor, Power BI ou equivalentes;
  • Análise de viabilidade e valuation
     de projetos;
  • Conhecimento em 
    estruturas de capital, crédito bancário e captação de recursos;
  • Sólida experiência em 
    FP&A ou finanças corporativas;
  • Inglês avançado
     (relacionamento com fornecedores internacionais e investidores);
  • Domínio de 
    contabilidade gerencial e análise de indicadores
    .
