As a Ruby on Rails Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that involve deploying and maintaining applications that utilize cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment. Role ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will:Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with the design and product teams to implement user-friendly interfaces with

Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance. Utilize AWS services, particularly ECS, for application deployment and scaling. Operate independently, taking initiative to solve complex problems and improve application functionality.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. What We

Are Looking ForWe are seeking a candidate who possesses a solid foundation in the following technologies:Expertise in Ruby on Rails for backend development. Experience with for frontend development. Familiarity with PostgreSQL and the ability to write efficient queries.

Basic knowledge of AWS services, especially ECS.In addition to technical skills, desired personal traits include:Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have SkillsExperience in adtech, particularly in developing plugins or tools. Experience in RustProficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, and/or Photoshop.
