Your impact
Responsible for Cost Products analysis and variances explanations, Controlling of incurred costs of Labor and Overheads, Report Manufactory Pack to AGCO Corporate; responsible for improvement projects on controlling area processes; help site leader and plant controller to keep ahead of any unprevied variances on inventories and manufatory process.

• Manufactory Pack Report with Budget, Forecast and Actual Costs, Hours and Volumes amounts and variances Analysis; Costs information Support for internal custommers; CER's (CAPEX) analysis and approval according Authority matrix;
• Month-end closing processes including analysis and reclassification journal entries in accounting books; Inbound and Outbound freight Controlling to ensure accuracy and variances explanations bridges;
• WF's (inventory adjusts) analysis and approval according Authority matrix; Run Management Costs (R-Replacement, M-Average Cost and C-Higher than M&R) for Canoas and Argentina; PR's (services and non-produtive materials) analysis and approval according Authority matrix;
• Analysis and explanations of product costs variances; Run annual Standard Costs on ERP; Inventory Controlling to ensure that Plant processes is in accordance with Global Policy (cycle counts and E&O reserves); Support for Comercial and Engeneering to run New Product Costs simulations;
• Training own department like interns or junior analyst and team collegues.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Accounting Degree, ADM e Engineer with finance experience.
• Cost Account and Financial Planning experience- mandatory;
• MS Excel - Mandatory ;
• Tableau or other BI skills - Desirable;
• ERP JDE - Desirable;
• English - Desirable;
