Senior .NET Developer for CMS/DXP platforms, Brazil

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Backend Developer to join our innovative and collaborative team. In this challenging and pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the backend foundation of our Digital Experience Platform (DXP), ensuring seamless integrations, scalable services, and resilient business logic.

The core challenge and opportunity within this position involve building the engine that powers a sophisticated and large-scale banking website, where the DXP will serve as the central hub of content, personalization, and integration. This platform is at the heart of our technological ecosystem, requiring not only robustness and security but also the agility to connect with a wide range of external systems such as CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and AI-powered services.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize backend services, modules, and APIs for the DXP platform, ensuring clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability.

Implement and optimize integration layers (middleware) to guarantee seamless connectivity with CRM, ERP, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.

Design and maintain proper data modeling, security, and scalability strategies for CMS-driven content, enabling a robust and future-proof digital platform.

Optimize performance and reliability of backend services, applying caching strategies, database indexing, and distributed system design.

Support the implementation of workflows, content approvals, and role-based permissions, aligning technical execution with business and compliance requirements.

Contribute to platform architecture decisions, with a strong focus on modularity, reusability, and headless approaches to maximize flexibility.

Maintain constant and proactive communication with both CI&T teams and the client's teams, ensuring technical decisions are aligned with business priorities, fostering transparency, and anticipating challenges before they impact delivery.

Participate in ceremonies, workshops, and alignment sessions with multidisciplinary teams, playing a key role as the bridge between technical implementation and strategic goals.

Requirements:

Solid experience in backend development for CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM or similar).

Strong knowledge of .NET (C#).

Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and service integrations.

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable backend architectures.

Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies (Redis, CDN).

Experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).

Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Advanced/Fluent English level for interactions with multicultural team and american client everyday.

Desirable:

Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD.

Headless CMS experience.
