Role Summary
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a
CNC Operator/Programmer II
. This person will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality and precise parts, as well as contributing to continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC machines (Mazak, ROMI, among others) according to routing and technical specifications.
- Set up, adjust, and control machine operations, ensuring quality and dimensional conformity.
- Work independently while following safety and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes.
- Complete mandatory training and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient production flow.
- Support inspections and testing as required.
- Promptly report any issues or deviations in the process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in load handling or material movement.
