Role Description

The Retail Zone Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring smooth customer transactions, and maintaining product displays. Key tasks include managing inventory, assisting customers, providing product knowledge, executing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires collaboration with team members to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales targets. This position is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with inventory management and product merchandising
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Sales acumen with the ability to implement effective strategies
  • Basic technical skills related to point-of-sale systems and inventory tools
  • Strong work ethic, focus on teamwork, and adaptability to dynamic retail settings
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage
  • Minimum educational qualification: a high school diploma or equivalent
