This position can be based anywhere in Latin America, as a contractor / freelancer.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Gambling Growth Leader to spearhead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across their iGaming and betting platforms. This role is central to driving sustainable market expansion by aligning data-driven marketing strategies, affiliate networks, customer lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution. The Gambling Growth Leader will be accountable for delivering measurable ROI, scaling new markets, and ensuring all growth activities comply with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, own, and implement growth strategies for customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Identify and optimize growth loops (affiliate, referral, influencer, content, promotions) to maximize deposits and engagement.
  • Manage launch strategies for new markets, adapting to local cultural, legal, and payment landscapes.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (paid media, SEO/ASO, programmatic, social, CRM) with strict ROI/ROAS targets.
  • Drive funnel optimization across registration, deposit, and wagering stages.
  • Partner with product and BI teams to design A/B tests and measure LTV, CAC, churn, and NGR impact.
  • Build, manage, and scale affiliate programs with clear commission models and compliance alignment.
  • Foster strategic partnerships (clubs, influencers, content creators, PSPs) that drive brand awareness and conversion.
  • Collaborate with CRM, promotions, and customer support teams to enhance player loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Design and implement personalized player journeys with tailored promotions and gamification.
  • Lead and mentor the growth/marketing team across Brazil, LATAM, and other hubs.
  • Work closely with compliance, payments, product, and legal teams to balance growth with regulatory obligations.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Proven track record in growth leadership within gambling/iGaming, sports betting, or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, affiliate management, and performance-driven acquisition.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in funnel metrics, ROI/ROAS, and player LTV.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environments and ability to scale in both "grey" and regulated markets.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-hub communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth or marketing roles in iGaming, gambling, or other high-growth digital sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is considered a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, BI tools, and affiliate platforms.
