Estamos em busca de um(a) Data Modeler Pleno / Sr. para atuar em um projeto estratégico do nosso cliente, referência no setor de seguros.

Essa posição é voltada para profissionais com sólida experiência em modelagem conceitual, lógica e física de dados, garantindo que as soluções atendam às necessidades de negócio com alta performance, governança e segurança.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e manter modelos de dados conceituais, lógicos e físicos para Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, bancos relacionais e NoSQL.
  • Aplicar práticas de governança de dados, assegurando integridade, segurança e conformidade regulatória.
  • Documentar estruturas, processos e padrões de dados.
  • Realizar análises de impacto em alterações de modelos, garantindo consistência e performance.
  • Apoiar na resolução de problemas de qualidade de dados e fornecer suporte técnico contínuo.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência em modelagem de dados (conceitual, lógica e física).
  • Conhecimento em metodologias Star Schema, Snowflake e OBT.
  • Habilidade avançada em SQL, incluindo consultas complexas e otimização de desempenho.
  • Experiência em Data Lakes e Data Warehouses.
  • Familiaridade com Azure e Databricks.
  • Conhecimento de ingestão, transformação e consulta de grandes volumes de dados.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com serviços de dados da AWS (Glue, S3, Athena).
  • Conhecimento em Spark para processamento distribuído.
  • Experiência em gestão e qualidade de dados.
  • Capacidade de definir e implementar políticas de segurança e governança de dados.

  • Somente candidatos do estado de São Paulo ;
  • Contratação em Regime PJ / CLT ( alinhado na entrevista)
  • Híbrido ( 2x no mês no escritório) / Remoto
