Esta persona tendrá que realizar Workshops de Copilot a nuestros clientes, por eso debe tener buenas softskills.

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar implementaciones de Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva).
  • Colaborar con el área de Solution Sales en la definición técnica de soluciones durante la preventa: levantamiento de requerimientos, alcance y diseño técnico.
  • Conducir reuniones técnicas con clientes para alinear la solución al contexto del negocio.
  • Diseñar y liderar workshops técnicos para clientes, con foco en adopción de tecnologías como Copilot for Microsoft 365.
  • Elaborar documentación técnica, manuales de usuario y playbooks de adopción.
  • Brindar soporte de 3ª línea en la ejecución de proyectos.
  • Reportar horas, avances y gestionar estimaciones de esfuerzo en cada proyecto.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de mejores prácticas de seguridad y compliance en entornos Microsoft 365.

Requisitos

  • 4 años de experiencia comprobada en diseño e implementación (no soporte) de soluciones de colaboración con Microsoft 365 en entornos empresariales.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de migraciones de correo electrónico a Exchange Online sobre 3000 buzones, incluyendo:
  • Migraciones On-Premise a Exchange Online (cutover, staged, híbridas).
  • Migraciones Tenant-to-Tenant con coexistencia y redireccionamiento de dominios.
  • Uso de herramientas de terceros (Quest, BitTitan, etc.).
  • Experiencia en migraciones de SharePoint Online y OneDrive, con énfasis en:
  • Análisis de estructura y permisos previos.
  • Migración de contenido y metadatos.
  • Estrategias de adopción y gobernanza post-migración.
  • Conocimientos Técnicos Específicos:
  • Active Directory:
  • Diseño, configuración y administración de AD On-Premise.
  • Configuración de sincronización híbrida con Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect.
  • Manejo de GPOs, OU structure, trust relationships y hardening de seguridad.
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD):
  • Diseño y administración de identidades híbridas (SSO, Password Hash Sync, Pass-through Authentication, Federation Services).
  • Configuración de Conditional Access y políticas de seguridad de acceso.
  • Manejo de Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) y Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
  • Integración de aplicaciones SaaS y gestión de acceso basado en roles (RBAC).
  • Correo y Colaboración (Microsoft 365):
  • Exchange Online: configuración avanzada de conectores, reglas de transporte, políticas de retención y protección contra spam/phishing.
  • Microsoft Teams: administración avanzada (voice, direct routing, políticas de meeting y seguridad).
  • SharePoint Online / OneDrive: estructuras de permisos, integración con Teams, políticas de DLP y retención.
  • Copilot for Microsoft 365:
  • Experiencia en licenciamiento, administración y políticas de seguridad.
  • Extensibilidad mediante Copilot Studio / Power Platform.
  • Acompañamiento en workshops de adopción y change management.
  • Otros requisitos :
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado (lectura técnica, documentación, interacción con equipos globales).
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en proyectos regionales y adaptarse a husos horarios distintos (ej. colaboración con equipos en LATAM/India).

Certificaciones (al menos debe contar con dos) (actualizadas 2025)

  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator
  • MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
  • MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer
  • SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
