The Impact You'll Make in this Role
Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility, strengthen awareness of IP&SS solutions, engage audiences, and generate leads that support business growth. This role focuses on creating customer value through a comprehensive digital experience, leveraging multiple touchpoints and ensuring alignment with the overall communication strategy.

Digital marketing campaigns

• Lead the development of IP&SS digital customer experience maps, collaboratively with all marketing team, and define the most relevant touchpoints for target audience
• Plan, execute and monitoring digital marketing campaigns aligned to communication strategy
• Collaborative work with agency and global communication/digital teams for campaign execution and brand guidance compliance
• Data / metrics tracking and analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and to identify improvement opportunities

Online medias and platforms management

• Keep updated all online medias of MedSurg/IP&SS which are part of digital customer experience, as website and product catalog, social medias (IG, LinkedIn, Youtube) etc
• Integrate all digital initiatives to internal platforms and tools as Eloqua, SFDC, iCapture, Showpad
• Comply with all internal workflows: content approval, content digitalization

E-commerce – Littmann Brazil

• Plan, execute and monitoring e-commerce campaigns and content, aligned to business strategy, to promote the products and improve sales through this channel

Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of Digital Marketing Campaigns and/or Customer Digital Experience Journey
• Practical knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Eloqua, Sprikl among others
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Proactive and innovative professional with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable impact on process efficiency and commercial value through technology

Work location:
Hybrid Eligible, Campinas - SP

Travel:
May include up to 10% of domestic/international
