Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Data Officer (CDO) located in Santa Catarina, Brazil. The CDO will be responsible for overseeing the management and governance of data across the organization. Key tasks include developing and implementing data governance policies, ensuring data quality standards are met, and managing the data lifecycle. The CDO will also lead data science initiatives, analyze data to inform business decisions, and collaborate with other departments to utilize data-driven insights for strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Quality
  • Proficiency in Data Science methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Experience in a senior data management role is preferred
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
