This VIE, Merchandising role will support the Retail/Retail Performance team in Brazil and Chile.

VIE Program Requirements (must be met):

  • Ages
  • French or European Union citizen (cannot be a U.S. Citizen)
  • Be available to work in New York, NY for the entire 18-month program
  • Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°)
  • Available to devote yourself full time to your assignment

Salary: The salary for this position is determined by Business France and is subject to +10/-10% change quarterly.

Location: This is in-person position located at the Tiffany & Co. head office in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, Retail, or relevant field.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate across multiple functional areas
  • Thought leadership, strong decision-making, excellent analytical skills and communication skills
  • Self-motivation with a strong drive for achievement and high level of proven agility
  • Strong presentation and content development skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
