The Global Information Technology team plays a strategic role in driving technology and digital transformation across the company. The Data and AI team is responsible for design, deliver, and evolve technology solutions to improve data usage and drive long-term business results.

Resumo desta função

As a Data Platform Analyst, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of the Data Platform through infrastructure updates, monitoring, and user-centered improvements. You will also apply FinOps practices to manage cloud costs and prioritize new features based on user feedback.

Suas responsabilidades incluirão
  • Perform data infrastructure updates and migrations;
  • Ensure Data Platform Infrastructure monitoring, alerting, availability, scalability and efficiency;
  • Create and Evolve Monitoring & Alerts (Observability & FinOps);
  • Map Data Platform Personas and their Experience with the platform;
  • Gather Data Platform user Feedback to continuously enhance the platform.
  • Prioritize the deliverables (new features) to evolve the Data Platform;
  • Communicate Data Platform releases of Updates and New Features.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base for platform users.
Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level), both written and spoken, for daily interaction with global teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), including monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) and FinOps practices for cloud cost management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to translate user needs into platform improvements and feature prioritization.
Habilidades e experiências desejáveis

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for cross-regional collaboration; additional languages a plus.

Google Cloud certifications such as Cloud Digital Leader or Associate Cloud Engineer.

Hands-on experience with Terraform, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, or FinOps tools.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
