Responsibilities: O Consultor Sênior Oracle Unifier será responsável por liderar frentes de trabalho em projetos de implantação, evolução e suporte avançado da solução Oracle Primavera Unifier, atuando desde a fase de pré-venda até a estabilização pós-go-live. O cargo exige elevada autonomia, capacidade de desenhar soluções funcionais complexas, atuar como referência técnica para o time e garantir a aderência das implementações às melhores práticas Oracle e aos objetivos de negócio dos clientes
• Conduzir levantamentos de requisitos de negócio, workshops e mapeamento de processos com stakeholders de diferentes níveis, traduzindo necessidades em soluções funcionais no Oracle Unifier.
• Desenhar e validar a arquitetura funcional do Oracle Unifier (BPs, logs, estruturas de dados, workflows, integrações e segurança), garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia de capital projects, contratos e gestão de custos dos clientes.
• Configurar e parametrizar ambientes Oracle Unifier, incluindo criação e ajuste de Business Processes, formulários, workflows, regras de negócio, reports e dashboards, em linha com padrões internos da Peloton e boas práticas Oracle.
• Liderar atividades de teste (SIT, UAT), definição de cenários, coordenação de usuários-chave e análise de defeitos, assegurando qualidade e estabilidade da solução antes do go-live.
• Apoiar o desenho e/ou revisão de estratégias de integração do Unifier com outros sistemas (ERP, P6, OPC, Aconex, soluções de finanças, procurement e facilities), em conjunto com equipes técnicas.
• Elaborar e revisar documentação funcional, manuais de usuário, matriz de rastreabilidade de requisitos e materiais de treinamento, garantindo clareza e atualidade.
• Conduzir treinamentos e sessões de capacitação para key users e equipes de negócio, atuando como multiplicador de conhecimento em Oracle Unifier.
• Atuar como ponto focal funcional em projetos, apoiando o gerente de projeto na gestão de escopo, riscos, issues, cronograma e relacionamento com o cliente.
• Identificar oportunidades de melhorias contínuas, evolução de solução (enhancements) e expansão de uso do Oracle Unifier na base instalada de clientes.
• Mentorar consultores plenos, juniores e trainees, apoiando no desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental do time de Construção e Engenharia.
