We are looking for a Junior Marketing Programs Assistant with fluent English. This role supports the execution of marketing programs and initiatives for Meta, collaborating with internal teams and partners. The position assists in organizing campaigns, events, and materials, ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with strategy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing events, campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with internal teams;
  • Assist in coordinating vendors, managing timelines, and updating campaign materials;
  • Track ongoing tasks, processes, documentation, and client or partner interactions;
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating data for performance analysis;
  • Contribute to operational and routine support tasks within the team.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Fluent English;
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and focus on execution;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork;
  • Knowledge of task management tools, Excel, and Google Workspace;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about marketing strategies and operations;
  • Developing analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Spanish;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides;
  • Previous experience in marketing, events, or c, communication projects.
