The role is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, leadership, and control of operations' SLA, from recruitment to deployment. Key duties include managing the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, placement, and recruitment campaigns for active and passive candidates), developing and implementing a quality management system in compliance with POEA rules, and managing client relationships and accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational efficiency of Recruitment and Dispatch team.
- Generate KPI reports for Recruitment and Dispatch team.
- Responsible for the conduct of effective recruitment activities such as sourcing, hiring and placement of workers.
- Implementation of an effective recruitment, selection, and placement program
- Assists in the planning of sourcing techniques and design of advertisements
- Prepares regular recruitment reports and ensures prompt delivery to all stakeholders
- Oversee client management, key hiring and deployment.
- Develops plans, programs and strategies of the different departments within Operations and aligns it with the Company's goal.
- Coordinates with the Commercial Department in the development of prospective principals.
- Monitors timely update of all government regulatory/ advisories, etc.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws regulations
- Establishes and maintains sound relations with the Company's clients, government offices and institutions, industry
- associations and the public in general.
- Ensures that established processes needed for the quality management system are strictly implemented and
- maintained.
- Must be willing to travel once in awhile during recruitment drives.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Psychology, Human Capital or related field
- Knowledge of business process and function (Recruitment, Deployment and Employee Relations)
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field
