Missão do cargo

  • Assessorar executivos no desempenho das funções relativas a atendimento a pessoas, gerenciando informações e elaborando documentos, elaborando planilhas eletrônicas e outras similares, a fim de auxiliar na execução e agilização das tarefas administrativas.

Descrição do cargo

Realizar serviços de secretariado e administrativos para executivos, relacionados à digitação de dados, preparo, emissão e conferência de documentos diversos, formulários, comunicados, memorandos, atas de reunião, planilhas eletrônicas, gráficos, relatórios, resumos estatísticos e apresentações, conforme a rotina estabelecida;

Preparar, executar e manter atualizados e organizados os arquivos de correspondências, relatórios, comunicados e memorandos, nos idiomas português e inglês;

Controlar e filtrar contatos telefônicos e pessoais, nacionais ou internacionais, resolvendo questões de rotina e algumas de maior complexidade;

Responsável pelo envio e recebimento de documentos e correspondências do respectivo executivo, utilizando os serviços de correspondência interna e correio externo se necessário.

Programar a agenda de compromissos, reuniões e itinerários de viagem e coordenar as providências necessárias (equipamentos, salas de reunião, passagens, etc.), visando liberar os superiores imediatos para as suas atividades executivas;

Preparar atas de reunião quando solicitada, participando de reuniões e registrando os itens discutidos, para distribuição público identificado;

Executar serviços de apoio administrativo variados, incluindo a digitação de dados, arquivo de documentos, operação de sistemas informatizados, foto copiadoras e faxes

Auxiliar nos processos de documentação legal do executivo (passaporte, vistos), agendando os horários e transporte;

Você Possui o Perfil Do Cargo Se

  • Ensino Superior Completo.
  • Ingles Fluente.
  • Experiência na area administrativa e logística, será um diferencial.
  • Cursos complementares em comunicação, gestão de tempo e ferramentas digitais.
  • Pacote Office.
  • Desejável Experiência com SAP, Sharepoint e Power BI.
