Responsabilidades: - Liderar uma equipe de desenvolvimento hands-on, proporcionando orientação técnica e liderança inspiradora. - Participar ativamente dos ritos ágeis, como reuniões diárias, planejamento de sprint, revisões e retrospectivas. - Atuar na geração do backlog de desenvolvimento, garantindo a entrega de valor para o negócio. - Projetar, desenvolver e implementar soluções técnicas, garantindo a qualidade e a escalabilidade dos sistemas. - Realizar revisões de código e garantir a conformidade com as melhores práticas de engenharia de software. - Fomentar uma cultura de aprendizado contínuo e crescimento dentro da equipe, promovendo a troca de conhecimento e o desenvolvimento profissional.
Requisitos: - Experiência de atuação como ponto focal para o cliente.  - Comunicação clara e objetiva, navegando entre a camada técnica e de negócios. - Experiência em desenvolvimento Java com Spring Boot, com experiência significativa no desenvolvimento de aplicativos web e serviços RESTful. - Experiência com serviços em nuvem, excepcionalmente AWS. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de colaborar efetivamente em equipes multidisciplinares. - Experiência com metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento de software e práticas de DevOps.s
