Job Description

  • Work in the field to disseminate the company's medical strategy and conduct high-level scientific interactions.
  • Build and strengthen the KOL panel, ensuring medical interactions aligned with product strategy (short-term challenge).
  • Collect and bring field insights to the internal team, contributing to medical strategy development.
  • Reinforce Eisai's institutional positioning in the medium term, increasing the medical community's knowledge of the company.
  • Act with deep scientific understanding of molecules and treatments.
  • Gradually expand the territory of activity as relationships with stakeholders evolve.
  • Work with priority therapeutic area - Neurosciences.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (Anvisa, Interfarma).
  • Availability for travel, including car travel (active driver's license).

The Successful Applicant
Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field: physician, pharmacist, biologist, nurse, or biomedical scientist.
  • Master's or PhD: an important differential, but not mandatory.
  • Experience as an MSL and/or field-based work in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Previous experience in Neurosciences (it will be a strong advantage).
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Availability for travel/commuting, valid driver's license.

  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry compliance regulations (Anvisa, Interfarma).
  • Openness to learning and continuous development.
  • Ability to represent the company and convey to the market who Eisai is, contributing to greater brand recognition.
