Full Stack Marketer

We're looking for a full-time marketing professional (remote) to join our team and support a wide range of marketing activities, including website management, content creation, multi-channel outreach, and reporting. You'll join a small, fast-moving team, so you should be comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Candidates must be available to work North American Eastern time zone (GMT-4).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken). Proof of fluency will be required.

Please note: While this role is open to candidates across any location in Brazil, Flow Capital doesn't operate or market in Brazil. This role will support our global markets in North America and United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

1. Content and Brand

  • Develop and publish high-quality content such as case studies, articles, newsletters, and partner or portfolio stories.
  • Manage and update the company website (Webflow experience strongly preferred), ensuring content accuracy, SEO performance, and a strong user experience.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all channels.
  • Support marketing-related events, webinars, and co-marketing activities with partners.

2. Campaigns and Growth

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media and social.
  • Contribute to new go-to-market initiatives, from strategy to launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the Originations team to align marketing efforts with target audiences and pipeline goals.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

3. Systems and Automation

  • Use AI tools to support research, automations, and analysis.
  • Identify process improvements and help streamline marketing operations.
  • (Bonus) Use HubSpot to manage CRM workflows and marketing automation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role with wide ranging responsibilities
  • Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience in using data and AI automation to improve results.
  • Must be metrics and results driven.
  • Organized, curious, and proactive; able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with tools including Webflow, HubSpot, Canva, outreach tools (e.g., ), SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience and exposure to finance, venture capital, or related fields.
