About the Job

As a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing modern web applications, working across both front-end and back-end to ensure quality, performance, and scalability. You'll take a lead in architectural decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

In addition to core development responsibilities, you will also be involved in building AI agents and assistants to support SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and AEs (Account Executives), helping to automate and optimize commercial workflows. A basic understanding of commercial applications and sales processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications with a strong focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
• Implement new features and improve existing ones, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in agile processes (e.g., daily stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and project advancement.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, encouraging best practices and standardization across the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience in front-end web/mobile application development (e.g. React, NextJS, CSS, Tailwind). Must have React OR Angular experience.
• 2+ years of experience with back-end development tools (e.g., NestJS/Node and .Netcore). Must have .NET OR Python OR Javascript for backend experience
• SQL Server familiarity.
• Knowledge of REST API, and GraphQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a full stack development role.
• A flexible and adaptive approach to adopting new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of web security best practices to ensure application integrity.
• Intermediate English fluency.
• Basic understanding of commercial or sales-related applications.
