Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Pesquisador (Researcher) role based in São José dos Campos, SP (preferably). In this role, you will engage in research and development projects related to wireless communication systems and software-defined radio (SDR) technology. Daily tasks include conducting technical research, designing and testing communication systems, developing algorithms, performing signal analysis, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. You will also document findings and contribute to innovation in defense and public safety communication solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience
in software-defined radio (SDR) development and waveform design - Experience with wireless communication systems, including IP MANET and Mesh network architectures
- Strong understanding of signal processing, electronics, and communication protocols
- Skills in algorithm development, programming, and software engineering
- Ability to perform technical research, analyze complex data, and propose innovative solutions
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency in
Portuguese
; fluency in
English
is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage
- Previous experience in defense, public safety, or related industries is a plus
