Team Overview

The Commercial Planning team transforms commercial objectives into structured rollout and execution plans. As a Senior Analyst, you will take ownership of complex planning activities, develop prioritization models, and ensure high-quality deliverables that guide sales execution. You will also provide guidance to junior analysts and support the Manager in coordinating planning outputs.

Role Responsibilities

• Leading specific city rollout projects, ensuring on-time delivery of launch plans.
  
• Developing prioritization models for commercial approach (by city/category).
  
• Conducting advanced sales team capacity analysis and recommending adjustments.
  
• Designing and improving territory mapping models with higher autonomy.
  
• Building and refining GTM packages with actionable recommendations.
  
• Preparing sales playbook drafts and aligning with sales leadership.
  
• Supporting the Manager in coordinating analysts' deliverables and mentoring junior roles.
  
  

Role Qualifications

• Solid experience in Sales Operations, Planning, or Business Analytics.
  
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop models and frameworks independently.
  
• Proactive ownership of projects and capacity to deliver end-to-end outputs.
  
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a strong plus.
  
• Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
