Seu Cardápio Diário:
  • Liderar iniciativas de Tech Growth no contexto de food delivery, focando na estruturação e gestão da equipe.
  • Promover colaboração com times de engenharia e produto para integrar e gerenciar múltiplos fluxos do marketplace iFood.
  • Liderar tecnicamente o time, apoiando revisões técnicas e coordenando entregas operacionais.
  • Trabalhar com stakeholders, incluindo líderes de produto e engenharia, para identificar e garantir a construção de fluxos escaláveis e estruturantes.
Ingredientes Que Buscamos:
  • Domínio em Python, PySpark, SQL, AWS e Databricks.
  • Habilidade em comunicação clara para lidar com múltiplos stakeholders.
  • Conhecimento em inferência causal e metodologias de ranking.
  • Experiência em modelagens estatísticas e de recomendação.
  • Capacidade de liderar e monitorar a complexidade das operações com uma visão estratégica e organizada.
  • Liderança técnica e empatia para guiar e inspirar a equipe.
