Job Title
Oral Care Consultant

Job Summary
The consultant will be responsible for influencing and building long-term relationships with dentists, ensuring the effective recommendation and prescription of Colgate products by dental professionals, as well as promoting the use of Colgate products in dental clinics.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Visit dentists, providing detailed technical and scientific promotion and sampling of oral hygiene and professional product lines
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reports within the dentist base
  • Be directly responsible for sales of personalized and electric toothbrushes, as well as the range of professional in-office products
  • Establish relationships with dentists in the assigned base and develop long-term partnerships
  • Increase demand generation for Colgate products at pharmacies frequented by dentists visited by the consultant
  • Monitor and develop strategies to reach the professional prescription rates among dentists, as well as recommendations for pharmacy discount coupons in partner networks
  • Visit pharmacies to boost sales of Colgate products with below-expected performance
  • Monitor and develop strategies to help achieve direct sales targets
  • Monitor and develop strategies to reach visitation goals
  • Actively participate in the transformation of the area through planning, analytics, and a business mindset
Basic Requirements
Education:
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or Dentistry
Experience:
  • Experience in the commercial area with a focus on sales, customer service, and demand/prescription generation (preferred)
  • Experience in commercial activities with the dental sector (preferred)
  • Experience in developing business plans, professional presentations, and client management (preferred)
Skills:
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google tools (Excel and Google Sheets proficiency is mandatory)
Others:
  • Resident in the city Barueri/ Cotia/ Santana de Parnaíba/ Carapicuíba 
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 50% of the territory involves travel
